Our Middle School Faith Formation program is designed to help students in grades 6 through 8 deepen their relationship with Christ through dynamic catechesis, engaging activities, prayer, and fellowship. Students are guided to better understand the Catholic faith, form a strong moral foundation, and become active members of the Church.

Registrations for 2026/2027 Middle School and High School Faith Formation are now open by appointment only.

Required Documents for New and Returning Students:
Please bring in the following paperwork in addition to the registration paperwork below: Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate, First Communion Certificate (if applicable), and Custody Paperwork (if applicable).
