Masses – 9 AM, 12 PM, 6 PM

The 6 PM Mass will be the only livestreamed Ash Wednesday liturgy.

Ashes Only Service (Not a Mass) – 6 AM

Children’s Scriptural Service (Not a Mass) – 4 PM

Ash Wednesday is an obligatory day of fasting and abstinence for Catholics. For members of the Latin Catholic Church, the norms on fasting are obligatory from age 18 until age 59. When fasting, a person is permitted to eat one full meal, as well as two smaller meals that together are not equal to a full meal. The norms concerning abstinence from meat are binding upon members of the Latin Catholic Church from age 14 onwards.

Information

St. Anthony of Padua has seating accomodations for up to about 1,100 people and ample parking; however, as the only Catholic Church serving Lone Mountain, Providence, Skye Canyon, and the northwest, we can fill up rather quickly. It is recommended to arrive early, especially for the 4 PM Christmas Eve Mass.
