Dr. William Freeman is Director of Sacred Music and Liturgy at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, where he has served since 2014. He leads the parish’s extensive music and liturgy program, including approximately 25 part-time employees and a large volunteer ministry supporting the parish’s weekly and seasonal liturgical schedule. Freeman concurrently serves as Executive Director and Organist of Guardian Angel Cathedral in Las Vegas, where he oversees finance, human resources, facilities, communications, workforce management, and other organizational operations supporting a $1.5 million annual operating budget. A former Clark County School District music educator, Freeman holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University and an MBA from Western Governors University. He is also an active professional organist and church musician with more than a decade of experience in Catholic liturgy and sacred music.

Christmas Carol Sing-Along

Soprano soloist and Sunday afternoon cantor Maureen Ahmes will be presenting an evening of Christmas carols, songs, and a special sing-along on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 7 PM.

Ms. Ahmes has studied music at the Eastman School of Music, The Julliard School, and the Hartt School of Music. She will be accompanied by parish’s Director of Music Ministry, Bill Freeman.

This event is free and open to parishioners and the public.
