Author: Dr. William Freeman

Dr. William Freeman is Director of Sacred Music and Liturgy at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, where he has served since 2014. He leads the parish’s extensive music and liturgy program, including approximately 25 part-time employees and a large volunteer ministry supporting the parish’s weekly and seasonal liturgical schedule. Freeman concurrently serves as Executive Director and Organist of Guardian Angel Cathedral in Las Vegas, where he oversees finance, human resources, facilities, communications, workforce management, and other organizational operations supporting a $1.5 million annual operating budget. A former Clark County School District music educator, Freeman holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University and an MBA from Western Governors University. He is also an active professional organist and church musician with more than a decade of experience in Catholic liturgy and sacred music.

  • The church will be closed on Thursday, July 4 after the 8:30 AM Mass in observance of our country’s independence. Enjoy the holiday, and praise God.

Vacation Bible School 2019

This year’s Vacation Bible School will be held on Monday, July 22 through Friday, July 26, 2019 from 9:15 AM –12:00 PM.

Vacation Bible School is for kids for ages three (MUST BE potty trained) to 5th grade.

Cost is $35.00 per child.

Registration will be held after June 1.

This year we are excited to share that our VBS for 2019 is ROAR! This epic African adventure engages the whole herd. At Roar, kids explore God’s goodness and  celebrate a ferocious faith that powers them through this wild life.

Memorial Day 2019

St. Anthony of Padua will be holding its fourth annual Memorial Day Peace and Remembrance Service on Sunday, May 26 at 7 PM inside of the Worship Space. This year, St. Anthony’s has partnered with local faith-based partners to present this inter-faith prayer service.

New this year: Join us for a special flag retirement ceremony at 5:30 PM presented by our Knights of Columbus Council.
